There are altogether 12 movements, I will present 2 movements in parts to bring to the total. Please stay tuned for the full package of this secrets to ancient Chinese practice for longetivity.
1st movement
To place the hands in front of the heart
To treat: insomnia, stress, tiredness nervous, loss of memory, angina pectoris, turbid mental.
1 - since the starting position, the glance far in front of, the closed put eyes, interior smile, natural abdominal breathing, to observe the Tan Tien internally, to remain slackened arms a few moments.
2 - to assemble the arms in front of up to the level of the chest the hands face to face, the elbows slightly downwards bends.
3 - to slacken the elbows and to bring closer the hands the chest by gradually bringing them closer one the other. To seek to perceive energy circulating between the hands.
4 - the stuck hands one against the other, without pressure, the inches touch the chest gently. One remains thus a few moment, one minute or two, while endeavouring to simply appreciate peace, the immobility and silence.
5 - to turn the hands towards the chest with the idea to make pass energy in the thorax. The hands touch the chest without pressure.
6 - to turn the hands palms towards the ground, and to slowly descend them along the bust by imagining energy to come to nourish all the internal bodies.
7 - The glance far in front of, closed put eyes, interior smile, natural abdominal breathing, to observe the Tan Tien internally, to remain slackened arms a few moments while endeavouring to appreciate peace simply, immobility and silence.
2nd movement
The cosmic being raises the world
1 - since the preceding position, the glance far in front of, the closed put eyes, interior smile, natural abdominal breathing, to observe the Tan Tien internally, to remain slackened arms a few moments.
2 - to slowly raise the arms on dimensioned, the palms towards the ground, to slacken the shoulders and the wrists, the closed put eyes. Slackened knees and the lumbar ones.
3 - to stop the arms with horizontal, the elbows slightly folded, to turn the hands towards the sky. To close the eyes.
4 - to remain in this position while imagining to extend ad infinitum in the 6 directions: the front one, back, left, right-hand side, top, bottom.
5 - to imagine that the head is in the sky, feet enracinés with deepest of the ground, hands extended ad infinitum. To remain a few moments while endeavouring to appreciate the extension of the body simply.
