Effects

“if the sea of marrows is strong, his light body is felt and the lifespan is longer than the normal.”

The concept of lightness of marrows expresses their good health and is thus to place in opposition to a form of heaviness which arrives with the age or a bad hygiene of life. Grease and the toxins accumulate in the middle of marrow deteriorating its operation and causing a premature ageing of the skeleton.
This ageing results in symptoms coming from a deficiency in marrows called into Chinese medicine “hepatic wind”:

- giddinesses - acouphenes - weakness of the knees and the ankles
- tiredness - reduction in the sight - auditive losses - loss of consciousness
These symptoms, not-treaties being able to lead to various diseases:
- disease of Alzheimer - multiple sclerosis
- migraines (chronicle) - angina pectoris (chronic))

Chi Kung of the regeneration of marrows aims at increasing Yang energy with deepest of the organization. Then, the bones become strong, the light body, the circulation blood and of Chi is improved, vital energy is purified and reinforced.

Practice

Chi Kung of regeneration of marrows rests on 12 movements. They are only the support of a major work of visualization which makes all the interest of the form. Without visualizations, this form names “Yi Ji Jing” (work on the tendons) and has already good effects on the body.

Visualizations must be carried out without tried, as in an waked up rève. The conditions of practice are important, thus, one avoids the extreme temperatures, the wind, the storm. One can make the sequence the morning or at the end of the afternoon. To take its time, it is better anything to do nothing but to do it in precipitation. To place breathing in the abdomen, without seeking to coordinate it with the movements. To slacken the bottom of the back, which brings a light rocker of the basin backwards.

Preparatory Movement

The natural posture

Starting position, isolated feet approximately of the width of the basin, knees slackened without being folded, slackened shoulders and the nape of the neck, the basin very slightly rocked backwards. The eyes are mi-clos far the glance in front of is lost on the horizon. A light smile is outlined, as if one looks at a pretty landscape (it is what the Buddhist call the interior smile).
One remains thus a few moment, one minute or two, while endeavouring to simply appreciate peace, the immobility and silence.
Slowly to assemble the two hands in front of the chest like a gesture of prayer, the elbows slackened, the hands in contact, but without pressure.
